To cooincide with the Federal Government’s New Homebuilder Stimulus package combined with the First Home Owner Grant you
could be eligible to recieve upto $55,000 towards building your new home with Woodvale’s additional building BONUS grant!

Combine the New HomeBuilder Grant ($25,000) + First Home Owners Grant ($15,000) + Woodvale’s Building Bonus Grant ($15,000)  = $55,0000

Applies to Stage 2 allotments only: 116, 118, 119, 120 & 129.

* Purchasers may qualify for all or part of the promotion. $55,000 is totalled from Woodvale Building Bonus Grant of $15,000, First Home
Owners Grant of $15,000 and the New HomeBuilder Grant of $25,000. Grants are subject to eligibility criteria. The Woodvale grant applies
to allotments 116, 118, 119, 120 and 129 in Stage 2 of Woodvale. To be eligible for this grant, settlement of the contract for the purchase of a
selected allotment must occur on or before 31 December 2020.
